Born and bred south of the river in London, I’ve built a career over the past 6 years in Social Media, PR, Marketing & Partnerships working at global music video platform Vevo, communications group Havas Media, national youth brand NCS and currently leading Music + TV at social news platform, Twitter.

Having worked within the Entertainment industry since the age of 18 (I skipped Uni for a 12 month PR apprenticeship… darlin’!), I’ve worked on global campaigns from Rihanna’s River Island collection launch, One Direction’s fragrance launches, building a national youth brand with marketing force of YouTube talent, growing the UK social media presence for Vevo and working with every major TV network, film studios, music record labels, talent management agencies and radio stations to ensure their Twitter game is on point (there’s more than just RT’s!).

At Vevo saw me kick start my presenting career interviewing (whilst playing a game of Would You Rather) with Canadian singer, Alessia Cara. This also allowed me to get more involved in producing content, from concept and ideation to execution. The Would You Rather piece bagged itself a feature in the Ents tab of Twitter Moments and a nifty 25k views.

Building on from this, I interviewed Vevo Halloween’s line up in 2015 on the red carpet in Manchester, including James Bay, Wolf Alice, Nothing But Thieves and Little Sims. Later hosting Vevo’s Snapchat on the BRITs 2016 Red Carpet chatting and gossiping with Lana Del Ray, Charli XCX, Years & Years, Fleur East & Craig David.

Since then, I’ve been super busy (I know! Everyone is!) presenting for Twitter’s global channels, with my own socially produced (my mum always told me I would have my own chat show one day…) show #TwitterTalks + #TwitterLoves. Highlights so far have been interviewing Bebe Rexha, stalking old tweets with Anne-Marie, learning to dance with Tinashe and hosting an album launch event with 150 fans, whilst interviewing (and dancing some more) with Zara Larsson… all live on Periscope!

Most recently I had the best weekend ever taking over BBC Radio 1’s Twitter + Periscope at their Big Weekend festival in Hull. Having produced previous social shows, I took this to the festival bigger and even better sitting down with Rita Ora, Shawn Mendes, Dua Lipa, The Chainsmokers, sneaking into Emeli Sande’s dressing room, mucking around with Anne-Marie and reenacting the Dirty Dancing scene with HAIM! The content across the weekend reached a combined audience of 15m people, with over 2m views… haven’t been stopped in the street yet… sigh.
